Location: Bath (2-3 days per week on-site)  
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)  
Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate)

We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Based in Bath, with the flexibility of working 2-3 days on-site each week, you will take ownership of critical product projects, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritise the product backlog.
• Drive the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs and timelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business units.
• Define and communicate clear goals, ensuring alignment across all parties involved.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to overcome challenges.

About You

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within IT or software delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
