We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our product team and contribute to our mission.
About the role
As an Associate Product Manager at Bloom, you will be pivotal in shaping product features, delivering insights, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, support product launches, and help drive our mission of scaling coaching to all. Key responsibilities
- Market Research - Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor data to deliver insights and inform decision-making.
- Product Development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development, create product requirement documents, and draft user stories.
- Roadmap Planning - Assist in managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Product Marketing - Contribute to product launches by coordinating activities, preparing materials, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
- User Research - Assist in user testing initiatives and contribute to designing user-focused solutions that address pain points.
- Performance Monitoring - Track and analyze product metrics to uncover trends, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Data & Reporting - Update internal dashboards, compile activity reports, and support the preparation of data-driven insights for team and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in product management or a similar role.
- Leveraging Data: Experienced in utilizing data to inform and drive strategic decisions.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing complex problems and developing effective solutions.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management platforms; an understanding of agile is a plus.
- User-Centric thinking: Strong grasp of user experience principles, with the ability to translate user needs into problem statements and requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in identifying and resolving issues to ensure high product quality.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; effective in collaborating with design, engineering, and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Eager to learn and grow in a mission-driven environment, embracing personal and professional development.
- Teamwork: Collaborative and team-oriented, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
