We are looking for a driven and seasoned Product Manager to become a part of the BestX team. This position is essential for the success of BestXecutor, our decision augmentation tool that provides clients with actionable pre-trade analysis to enhance their execution strategies. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the product roadmap, oversee the timely release of updates, and remain informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

In your role as Product Manager, you will directly report to the Head of BestXecutor and work in close partnership with various cross-functional teams, such as sales, technology, and product specialists. Your contributions will be essential in harmonizing the product vision with client requirements and facilitating the ongoing development of BestXecutor as a premier decision augmentation solution in TCA.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Product Roadmap Development: Define and maintain a clear and strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market demands.
Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and releases.
Industry Trends & Compliance: Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in transaction cost analytics to keep the product competitive and compliant.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and feedback, and with technology teams to translate these into actionable product features.
Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with internal product experts to prioritize development efforts and ensure the team is aligned with the broader business strategy.
Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that client needs are central to all product decisions.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on product performance, development progress, and market insights to senior leadership.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, PMP) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in financial services, fintech, or a related field, preferably with a focus on transaction cost analytics or trading technology.
