About this role

We are looking for an experienced Transfer Agency Product Manager with deep expertise in European transfer agency operations, particularly within Irish and Luxembourg jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will excel at translating complex knowledge into actionable business requirements and work closely with Business Analysts to prepare these for development. As the Product Owner within the development lifecycle, you will ensure seamless progress, preventing any development delays. You will also engage with both internal and external stakeholders to discuss solutions and collaborate with solution architects to devise innovative approaches.



Requirements

·      Serve as the product expert on transfer agency processes, focusing on Irish and Luxembourg jurisdictions, but also generalised processes across multiple jurisdictions

·      Translate industry expertise into clear business requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts to prepare these for the development process.

·      Act as the Product Owner in the development lifecycle, ensuring efficient progress and preventing any development roadblocks.

·      Engage with internal and external stakeholders to discuss solutions and align on product goals and requirements.

·      Work closely with solution architects to develop creative and effective solutions that meet client and market needs.

·      Participate in Agile software development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure successful product delivery.

·      Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.

Must have:

·      Extensive experience in transfer agency operations within a European context, with a focus on Irish and Luxembourg jurisdictions.

·      Ability to translate complex knowledge into actionable business requirements and work effectively with Business Analysts.

·      Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.

·      Ability to work with solution architects to develop innovative solutions.

·      Ideal but not essential - familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

 

Desirable:

·      Experience serving as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a technology company.

·      Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

·      Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and FIGMA

·      Process Mapping and Design experience using tools such as Lucid Spark, Draw.IO, Visio etc
