Our client is a global leader in developing innovative software and hardware products. Their systems are utilised in an array of industries as well as cutting-edge research fields.

As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the teams processes and procedures with the aim to improve successful product delivery. You will be responsible for keeping on top of latest market trends, identifying key features of products to maximise sales revenue by delivering the best products on the market. Additionally, you will ensure continuous improvement is in place by working to constantly enhance processes.

Responsibilities as Head of Product:

  • Management and motivation of a global Product Management Team
  • Creation of product plans that suit product aspirations and market trends
  • Connecting plans to relevant departments to ensure delivery of solutions
  • Coordinate with teams across the business, including the international offices.

Who would suit this Head of Product role?

  • Over 6 years of experience in product management within a related technology industry
  • Strong experience across hardware, software and embedded software products.
  • Analytical, business-savvy and strategic skills
  • Engineering or technical background would be a plus
  • B2B experience
  • Product Management Certification
