Product Director – Payouts

About this role
Payouts is a ~$1T revenue market globally in 2024, expected to grow at high-single-digits over the next 5 years. We are looking for a Product leader who is ready to upscale how Worldpay can move money for our ~1m customers.
As a Product Director – Payouts you will mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners on their effective delivery of Payout Product innovation. You will be experienced in establishing new ways of working and act as a role model of product values, to support our planned growth.
About the team:
Worldpay has a dedicated Payouts team, spanning Product, Strategy, Commercialisation and Sales. You will sit within the Product team, collaborating closely with our wider change delivery function and commercial teams.
Working within the Payouts Product team for WorldPay you will operate as a leader of change, acting on behalf of our current and future customers. You will own multiple customer experiences and be tasked with innovating on our current capabilities and/or designing new solutions to emerging opportunities, for measurable benefit. You will own delivery end to end supported by dedicated Engineering resource and Operations expertise from across the business.
