The Click to Pay product team is on the forefront of Visa’s innovation, responsible for building the best way to pay and be paid online. Click to Pay is the new standard in online payments bringing the convenience and security that customers expect from using contactless payments to the online world. Click to Pay is built using the latest e-commerce industry specifications (EMV Secure Remote Commerce), that enables a simple, faster and more secure e-commerce checkout experience for Visa cardholders. With Click to Pay, we are transforming the online checkout experience by providing a secure checkout experience online, removing the need to enter your 16-digit card number, look up passwords, or fill out long forms to make a purchase. This team is also responsible for setting standards in the payment industry level (EMVCo and W3C) for digital commerce.
This Product Manager role will be responsible for ensuring the right product features and initiatives are delivered to optimize our issuing and acceptance product offering. Collaborating with cross functional teams including, but not limited to, product, technology, commercialization, UX design/research, legal, marketing, branding, and our Visa regional teams you will build great products and solutions to scale and drive adoption.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Background in Product Development or engineering, with experience in building e-commerce, digital, and mobile payments platforms, and an interest in UX design.
• Passion and basic knowledge of global and emerging payments technologies, product solutions, technical architecture, and operational frameworks.
• Basic understanding of the payment ecosystem, digital products, and payment channels, along with their impact on clients' businesses and consumer payment choices.
• Familiarity with card payments, payment tokenization, eCommerce, authentication, and web-based technology such as HTML, JavaScript, web-based service APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Creative problem-solving skills, innovative and open-minded with a strategic outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, customers, and partners.
• Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
