Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and adoption of our experimentation product. This role involves managing the product backlog, defining the delivery roadmap, and collaborating with business, technology, and vendor partners to enhance marketing technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in A/B and multi-variate testing, Agile Product Management, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Align a Product Vision to business requirements, & own the Product Backlog for experimentation product supporting the business
• Maintain a delivery roadmap of features, product releases, and integrations with the wider Sky technology & tooling ecosystem
• Enable business adoption & lead Ideation Workshops and User Story Creation, to drive product requirements
• Join Quarterly Planning & support experimentation & development teams in sprint planning as required
• Manage our experimentation vendor partnerships & ensures tooling remains best-in-class
• Ensure Technology Stack for experimentation adheres to Compliance & Policy Requirements
• Support Head of Martech at Sky UK in implementing martech strategy and specific initiatives
• Collaborate with our Product, Data and Technology leaders to support strategy, prioritization recommendations and decisions.

Eligibility Requirements

• Experience of working with marketing technology tools, especially technology relevant to experimentation, A/B and multi-variate testing.
• Experience with additional marketing technology capabilities preferred, as it will be beneficial in working with wider teams across the business. This could include web analytics, customer data management, consent management, personalisation, and digital marketing. 
• A proven track record of product ownership in a complex & fast moving organisation.
• Proven track record influencing and working with decision makers to drive strategic decisions.
• Experience working in Agile Product Management preferred, and experience of SAFe Framework beneficial.
• Demonstrable experience of having built effective and trusted relationships with partners.
• Highly collaborative style and able to thrive in a team with experience of operating in a matrix structure, in fast paced organizations.
