The Product Manager will be responsible for managing a set of software products from ideation through to sale within our Health Division. You will be extremely customer focused in all that you do. Our technology is all about improvement – and if you have experience in managing products that improve healthcare – this role is for you.
What you will do - why you will love this role:
- Be the voice of our customers - consult and coordinate/undertake research to understand what their needs are now and will be in the future. Listen to feedback
- Research the competitive landscape across Healthcare to develop propositions unique and competitive to the marketplace
- Strive to continually improve the customer experience
- Define the products, maximising revenue opportunities
- Take ownership of the pricing model for each solution
- Assist with bid responses and other procurement activities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for questions and queries that may arise internally or externally
- Create a roadmap to execute product strategy
- Run user groups, liaise with relevant agencies, professional bodies and policy units
- Define and manage the scope and relative priorities of projects
- Create detailed functionality documentation to support product training, sales collateral and marketing campaigns
- Work in collaboration with clinical teams, digital leads and user communities to convert accurate user stories into product features and enhancements

- Excellent research skills. Research competitors, markets, customers, requirements and use it to inform the very best product strategies that lead to market leadership and commercial growth.
- Leadership skills - product managers need to positively influence the whole lifecycle
- Communication skills - essential for the role.
