The role
This role has overall responsibility for the business outcomes of Readiculous. With Readiculous being an educational game, that makes this role a mix between ensuring that Readiculous succeeds as an educational product while also being a fun and entertaining game that kids want to come back to play again. You will take a central role in the team leadership team consisting of a producer and a tech lead and serve as manager for the creative part of the team consisting of a UX designer and a game designer.
