About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Settlement and ReconciliationsManager to join the product development team. You will be responsible for the development and management of our Transfer Agency product portfolio. Working closely with various stakeholders, including clients, development teams, the product team and senior management, you will be required to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and market-leading solutions within the transfer agency domain.

Responsibilities

1. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, requirements gathering, product design, development, and testing.

2. Collaborate with software development teams to define requirements, prioritise features, and drive the development of new product features and enhancements.

3. Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure seamless user experiences, intuitive interfaces, and high customer satisfaction.

4. Product Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and product documentation to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

6. Monitor product performance, user analytics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements.

7. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.



Requirements

Skills and attributes

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a transfer agent or fund manager
2. Deep understanding of transfer agency settlement and reconciliations process including the UK client money rules.

3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4 Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
5. Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and precise product specifications.

6. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Sound understanding of Agile development methodologies.
9. Proficiency in using product management tools, such as Jira, & Confluence.
