We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Eyelit Technologies team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation to delivery and beyond. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure our products meet market demands and align with our business goals.

What will you be doing?
- Contribute to definition of product management processes.
- Act as a driver of product requirements for Product Development team, by actively coordinating with marketing and sales teams to align on product goals and priorities.
- Work with the product leadership team to define the near-term and longer-term product roadmap, based on a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Eyelit Technologies’ overall business opportunities and market opportunities including contributing to generation of L1 to L3 use cases.
- Drive product innovation and development that contributes to revenue growth, market share expansion, and overall business success
- Coordinate with other Eyelit product teams to develop an integrated Eyelit suite.
- Gather requirements and enhancement requests from stakeholders including staff and customers.
- Coordinate & prepare user stories to help prioritize product roadmap developments in line with product strategy.
- DevelopL4/L5 use case specifications that will drive marketing content and facilitate technical design.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications including Functional Design Specification documentation.
- Support technical writer in creation of release documentation including What’s New and release notes.
- Support creation and maintenance of product training material library.
- Provide marketing with the content that highlights the value proposition of Eyelit Technologies’ platform
- Understand customer needs and translate them into product features and improvements by continuously gathering and analyzing user feedback to drive improvements in product usability and overall user experience.
- Organize and prioritize product enhancement requests from project managers and existing customers to support on-going engagements, working with the product leadership team
- Organize and prioritize product enhancement requests from sales & presales to support new sales opportunities, working with the product leadership team
- Organize and prioritize product improvement suggestions from the team members, working with the product leadership team
- Drive KT sessions to communicate new features to marketing, sales and project teams
- Assist Director of Software Development in ensuring that all planned features are completed on time for inclusion in each release
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development efficiency, quality, and collaboration across teams.
- Maintain and track all tabs in the PM Booking sheet, product marketing and product development metrics.
- Track the competition: new and emerging competitors, and their capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience working with manufacturing software
- Deep functional knowledge of MES for manufacturing industries
- A basic understanding of optimization and computing technologies to set compelling, yet realistic high value use cases for APS-MES solutions
- Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
- Proficiency in presenting ideas and plans to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable navigating a highly matrixed environment, working across teams to deliver communications and programs against tight deadlines
