Job Description

I’m working with a SaaS implementation and software development business who are on the lookout for a Product Owner. 

I know I say this a lot but is LEGITIMATELY one of my favourite clients and I get genuinely excited going to market for them. 

I’ve worked with this organisation exclusively for the past 4 years and have seen them continue to go from strength to strength, providing an incredible service to their customers and creating some awesome software solutions along the way. 

To support their continued growth they need someone just like you to help steer their products in the right direction. If you thrive on translating big picture strategy into tangible action, this is worth a read. 

As a Product Owner in this business you’ll be the glue between strategic vision and day to day execution, ensuring product development aligns with business goals and customer needs. You’ll own roadmaps, prioritise development tasks, and work closely with cross functional teams to bring products to life. I’m not a big fan of lists but sometimes they help make what’s required in a role that little bit clearer. Here’s what you’ll be doing…

• Defining and managing product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Prioritising and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring development efforts stay focused.
• Creating detailed user stories, EPICs, and acceptance criteria to guide development activities.
• Leading daily stand ups and collaborating with developers, UX designers, and business teams.
• Keeping a close eye on product performance, tracking usage, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Proven Product Ownership experience within SaaS or software development.
• Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product management tools.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms and tech-driven environments.

This role is fully remote and open to anyone based ANYWHERE in the UK. Despite the geographically dispersed team the business has an incredibly supportive culture and all the tools available to allow you to collaborate with some awesome colleagues. 

There’s a base salary of £60,000 plus benefits including private healthcare on offer and the chance to play a key role in shaping some super cool SaaS products.
