Job Description

Following a period of significant growth and investment, a great opportunity to join in a newly created role to drive the evolution of the online user journey and commercial strategy of the websites.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Product Manager looking to take the next step in their career, with a background in e-commerce, experimentation and UX and with all the leadership qualities required to build a high performing team.

With a focus on experimentation and creative problem solving, this role will help embed new standard procedures, accelerating the delivery of outcomes and commercial results.

Analysing consumer behaviours and experimenting with strong hypothesis led changes to the websites with the ultimate aim to improve site conversion rate. This will include UX/UI changes, design look and feel, functionality or destination specific online strategies. As such, a background in travel is highly beneficial and would suit someone in a similar role or someone eager to progress their careers into a β€˜Head of’ role.

Planning & implementing the online user experience to drive improvements to conversion rates. Developing a clearly laid-out strategy, complete with a robust measurement framework.

Setting up a CRO programme, taking charge of the evolution of the websites using a suite of digital tools (currently Airtable, Webtrends Optimise, HotJar & Analytics Toolkit).

Identifying usability issues, bottlenecks and potential site issues in order to make recommendations for change.

Leading experimentation and optimisation plans working closely with business stakeholders to build a prioritised and enabled portfolio of change.

Managing the experimentation process identifying goals and briefing in technical specifications to dev teams.
