Who You Are
You are a seasoned product management professional looking to step up into a more senior role managing two Product Managers, with a track record of delivering impactful software solutions, ideally within legaltech, fintech, or SaaS industries. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy
- Help drive product strategy in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to identify new opportunities.
- Iterate and communicate a compelling product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Product Development & Execution
- Collaborate with CS, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to prioritise and deliver high-impact features.
- Own the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch (including specification writing), ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging analytics and customer insights.
3. Leadership & Line Management
- Directly manage and mentor two Product Managers (with growth in the team to come), providing guidance, support, and career development.
- Foster a high-performing, customer-centric product culture within the team and across teams.
- Advocate for best practices in product development and continuous improvement.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams on calls / meetings to gather insights and validate product decisions.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product-market fit and adoption.
- Serve as a key spokesperson for the product, presenting at industry events and client meetings.
5. Operational Excellence & Scaling
- Optimize product workflows, ensuring scalable processes that support business growth.
- Develop and refine key performance metrics to track product success and inform future improvements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the product landscape.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong track record in product management, ideally in SaaS, legaltech, fintech, or enterprise software.
- Experience managing and mentoring team members, fostering professional growth.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset, coupled with hands-on execution skills.
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in product analytics tools.

- Experience in legaltech or B2B SaaS product management.
- Familiarity with contract automation, AI-driven workflows, or document technology.
- Exposure to working in a startup or scale-up environment.
