Location: Work remotely anywhere in the UK!
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000
Bonus: up to 10% + Generous options package

Your role in this mission

We are looking for a talented and passionate product manager to join the tribe and play a key role in the development and execution of our product strategy, product roadmap and product processes. As a data-driven problem solver, you combine business acumen and technical know-how to develop and launch innovative products and features that will delight our customers.

What we want you to do:

• Engage with the market and customers to derive actionable insights that drive product development.
• Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Manage product delivery, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver exceptional products.
• Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Articulate the key benefits and value proposition of the product to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

You'll bring to the tribe:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and inspire teams
• A deep understanding of user needs and market trends to drive product decisions
• A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A passion for technology and a desire to build great products
• A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Skills, knowledge and experience:

• Must have demonstrable product management experience in a tech startup environment.
• Highly self-motivated, has worked with both extremely creative and methodological people.
• Proven track record of independently managing a product and delivering successful results
• Understanding of the technical architecture of modern mobile, web apps and APIs.
• Skilled with story design and estimation, with user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience in Agile teams, managing product backlogs/roadmaps
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritise and follow through on tasks

Additional desirable skills:

• Experience in a B2B tech startup.
• Data Science experience.
• Product design, UX or UI experience. 
• Cybersecurity experience.
• Experience defining a vision and strategy for a product, or part of a product.
