The Amazon Payment Products team needs a Senior Product Manager to be a thought leader for the UK co-brand credit card program. You’ll define and drive strategy and product feature development with measurable P&L impact.

The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and strong in:
* Product management and development, analysing customer behaviour, conducting customer research, and developing product features and services that deliver bar-raising customer experiences
* Business management, creating business strategy, owning P&L and managing program metrics
* Customer Acquisition and Engagement management, developing targeting strategies and optimizing the deployment of marketing budgets
* Marketing analytics, developing analytical frameworks to understand customer behaviours and designing tests to challenge strategies
* Partner management, working closely with our external partners to build a sustainable program that delights UK customers

This position involves regular communication with internal and external senior leadership on risks, financial and operational program metrics. Cross-team coordination and executive communication (written & verbal) skills are essential. The ideal candidate has superior analytical abilities and a track record of finding practical and creative solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.

This role supports the UK co-branded credit card business as part of the International Payment Product organisation in Europe.


Key job responsibilities
* Own the long-term roadmap, end-to-end, for the credit card program
* Spearhead cross functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
* Construct mechanisms to ensure customer feedback is understood and acted on
* Be a subject matter expert on customer experience; and use that expertise to influence programs across the Amazon Payments org
* Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners

A day in the life
In a typical day, you'll be interacting with internal and external cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop product strategies to meet those needs, build the business cases to justify the development, work closely with engineering teams to develop & launch new features and deep dive data to measure success. You will regularly work with engineering, marketing, design, data science, legal, finance, operations, and fellow product managers to create the vision and implement aligned plans.

- Several years of experience as a product manager, owning a technology roadmap including strategy, definition and end to end delivery with 3+ month cycles
- Experience working with cross functional teams including design, marketing, operations, tech and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to manage the business ‘by the numbers’
- Foundational knowledge of the payment or fintech industry
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field of study

- MBA or Master's Degree
- Knowledge of Agile development practices
- Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving; thinks big, starts small, grows fast
