As a Senior Product Manager for Advisor Ticketing, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of product features for our advisor support tooling. This role requires a strong combination of product management skills, technical expertise, and deep understanding of customer service workflows. Working in a large matrix organisation, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer services teams to deliver an exceptional advisor experience.
Your primary focus will be enhancing Zendesk’s capabilities for managing support tickets, improving efficiency, and optimising the overall customer service experience. You will prioritise customer needs, market trends, and business objectives to define and deliver product solutions that meet the diverse requirements of our global customer base. As a senior leader, you will contribute to the overall product strategy while ensuring continuous product improvements and seamless integrations with other key systems.
Location: Hybrid , 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home
