Senior Product Owner

World Host Group (WHG) is currently looking for a Senior Product Owner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our product strategies across a global portfolio of brands. About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with product managers, the Lead Product Owner, and cross-functional teams to drive product implementations, streamline technical product configurations, and ensure seamless execution of business goals. You’ll collaborate with infrastructure, commercial, and development teams to optimise product performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support the rollout of new features and service enhancements. 

Beyond execution, you will have the autonomy to identify opportunities for process improvements, proactively remove roadblocks, and contribute to how we refine and scale our product offerings. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our products evolve in a way that is both commercially viable and deeply rooted in customer needs. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Work with product managers to define technical requirements for new product concepts
• Support strategic goals by ensuring product roadmaps align with broader business objectives
• Lead and support product implementations, coordinating with infrastructure, development, and commercial teams to ensure smooth rollouts
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across multiple brands
• Proactively identify and remove roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution of product enhancements and operational initiatives
• Ensure that all product changes, from technical adjustments to new features, are executed with a customer first mindset and contribute to an improved user experience

What You’ll Need 

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a technical or SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of technical product management, including system integrations and configuration management
• Expert ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English through ALL utilized channels (email, live chat, and phone) 
• Ability to work with global teams and balance priorities across multiple brands
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, infrastructure, and development teams 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving roadblocks
• Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple product implementations simultaneously
• Experience working with hosting services, provisioning, or technical infrastructure is a plus
• A passion for continuous improvement, optimising workflows, and refining processes to drive better business outcomes
