Senior Product Owner

parcelLab is the leading post-purchase experience solution, rapidly expanding to bring customers and brands closer together worldwide. We are looking for a full-time Senior Product Owner to join our Product Team.

Our Product team is at the heart of parcelLab’s growth—with our technology being a key competitive advantage, and you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of world-leading brands.

parcelLab’s Platform plays a pivotal role in empowering brands to control and manage the Post-Purchase Experience, from delivery Promise expectations, to proactive communicate during shipping, and managing Returns & Exchanges. Our technology enables retailers & brands to build loyalty and optimise the post-purchase journey, increasing Customer Lifetime Value.

As a digital first company, we offer greater flexibility in working location. You may work from one of our offices in London or Munich as well as remotely within the UK or Germany.

• Ownership of a Product Area: Lead the development of new products, features and capabilities within a Product Area that directly influence growth, customer satisfaction and retailer success.

What you need to succeed:

• Focus on Outcomes over Output: You will be comfortable identifying and prioritizing work that drives towards our key product outcomes, with a clear Product Team mandate to deliver measurable business value.

• Customer-Centric Mindset & Curiosity: Willingness to leverage face time with customers to learn more about the domain, validate assumptions and dig deeper to build powerful and customer-centric products.
• Strong Product Management Expertise: Proven ability to align initiatives to Company and Business Objectives, identify & validate opportunity hypotheses, and translate customer needs into actionable requirements in our roadmap and backlogs. Data informs your decisions when available, and you actively seek to make more data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration and Communication Skills: Effective cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, go-to-market teams, and business stakeholders. You are able to clearly articulating the product vision and bring these different audiences on the journey.
• Self-starter: You’re comfortable getting stuck in without hand-holding! While plenty of support is available, you’re happy to act and learn on the go.
• E-commerce Domain Understanding: While not essential, a background understanding of e-commerce, e-commerce logistics, retail, and digital customer experience products would all be helpful to hit the ground running
