The TAP Capacity and Cost Management (C2M) team plays a crucial role in optimizing capacity planning and resource utilization for the TAP program. We are seeking a highly talented and driven Product Manager to lead product development and integration efforts. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for capacity and linehaul (LH) planning, working closely with Surface Transportation (ST) cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive cost-effective solutions. You will also collaborate with NA TOMY product and services team as well as global Tech teams to align planning systems and ensure smooth integration of TAP.

Key job responsibilities
• Create, visualize and build TAP C2M product Suite

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle for capacity and cost management tools, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.

• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Liaise with the North America team to drive parity in capacity planning systems while working with EU teams from Surface Transportation, SSPM, and AM to integrate TAP into existing planning systems.

• Feature Development & Roadmapping: Define product roadmaps for capacity planning and LH tools, prioritizing features that improve efficiency, streamline operations, and reduce costs.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Program Operations, Site Operations, HR, and Training to gather requirements and ensure products meet user needs and align with business objectives.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with Business Intelligence partners to develop and maintain

- A degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

- Advanced or master’s degree
