This is a hybrid role based in our new Soho Place office – opened in 2023 - in the heart of Central London and home to our Research Lab.
The role
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Future of Work Lab, part of our broader Organisational Development team.
In this newly-created role you will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, both internally and externally, to ensure our People initiatives are research-based and utilise scientifically rigorous approaches.
You will also support with the generation of market-facing thought leadership reports and content, aligned to our external compliance framework.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform People Team initiatives, ensuring they are academically valid and aligned to the latest thinking
- Collaborating with the Future of Work Lab Lead and the wider People Team to design and implement research studies
- Analysing data and providing insights to support organisational development and people team strategies
- Assisting in the development and dissemination of research findings through publications, presentations and reports
- Supporting external recognition efforts by contributing to the development of high-quality research outputs
- Ensuring compliance with external frameworks and guidelines in all research activities
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A PhD in Organisational Behaviour, Industrial or Organisational Psychology or a related field
- Strong analytical, communication and research skills
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and academic supervisors
- Demonstrable ability to produce high-quality research outputs and publications
- A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth
- The ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take the necessary actions to implement change
- Intellectual curiosity with a passion for innovation in order to enhance personal and organisational performance
- Perseverance and resilience to overcome obstacles and achieve long-term goals
