ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Own the product lifecycle with a focus on user experience (UX) and commercial optimisation.
- Act as the product owner for software development squads, ensuring alignment with customer and business goals.
- Define and deliver world-class customer experiences across digital and physical platforms.
- Implement lean startup methodologies and rapid hypothesis testing to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs and behaviours, optimising the end-to-end journey.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to design and refine exceptional UX.
- Regularly test and implement enhancements using A/B testing and data-driven insights.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven success as a Product Manager, with a strong track record in UX optimisation and customer journey management.
- Experience acting as a product owner within scrum/SDLC frameworks.
- A background in lean startup methodologies and hypothesis testing.
- Expertise in UX design principles, digital optimisation tools, and A/B testing.
- Analytical and research-driven mindset, with a knack for solving problems creatively.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-first approach.
LOCATION:
Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
