THE ROLE

We are looking for a junior to mid weight Product Manager to join our growing Product team. In this role, you will sit in the Product, Engineering and Data department working alongside our Senior Product Manager to drive our Premium Audience offering at Ozone.


This product line will focus on building the next generation audience platform, empowering advertisers with the tools to reach first party audiences at scale with transparency and privacy at the core through Ozone Ad Manager.  


As a highly motivated and data-driven Product Manager, you will lead the delivery of new features using data and AI to support the buyers' journey from audience discovery, activation, reporting and attribution. 


A person in this role will thrive in a collaborative environment, working with various departments and supportive teams across London and Poland to develop market-leading solutions. 


You will join a team of fearless, ambitious and driven people, who will celebrate successes and learn together in this challenging and dynamic space. 


Previous experience in product management is beneficial but not essential. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Advertising, Marketing, or Insights who has strong ambitions to transition into a more technology-focused role in Product.  


Responsibilities

  • Be able to identify and prioritise opportunities that will unlock new revenue streams or drive cost-savings through automation. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new products, features and enhancements.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform product strategy.


Required experience/ skills

  • Established professional experience in marketing, advertising or tech related roles.
  • Knowledge of SQL is essential, while experience in Python is highly desirable but not required.
  • Good understanding of audience data and advertising technologies is a must.
  • Brings strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability and a willingness to learn while adapting to evolving business needs and user feedback.
