We have 3 job opportunities situated at our London office or remote within Europe. We require someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience creating/building/developing multi-day and multi-country tours. The successful person will have extensive knowledge in one or more of these regions:

  • Scandinavia, Baltics & Northern Europe &/or
  • Italy &/or
  • Multi-country Europe

Main job objective

An exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team as a Product Manager has arisen in our London office. The main job objective is to create and manage profitable tours that exceed quality standards. You’ll optimize optional excursions, stay informed through firsthand research, and understand customer preferences. Your success will be measured by profitability, ratings, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and outcomes

  • Deliver profitable tours
  • Ensure that all products deliver on the quality standards
  • Create and manage successful optional excursions
  • Develop destination knowledge via first hand research
  • Develop a deeper understanding of customer demands, expectations and desires
  • Benchmark products against competitors.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Experience in destination management is strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the Tourism industry
  • Strong travel industry knowledge & connections in specific European destinations (Italy or Scandinavia preferred)
  • Highly innovative
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Able to work to deadlines independently in a fast-paced and ‘scaling-up’ environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including high proficiency of verbal and written English
