About the role:

Cyncly is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Platform Design Services function, responsible for defining requirements and managing all horizontal and cross product design-related product components, including auto design functions and rendering. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and business growth of our enabled vertical products through outstanding shared design services. The Senior Product Manager Design Services will be a key leader within our organization, reporting directly to the PM Platform Sr Leader / VP. The Design Services function is crucial as part of our company’s Platform Strategy, as we focus on centralizing key design functions and their innovations to drive our consuming vertical design products into their next generations delivering even greater user benefits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Platform Design Services function, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, business stakeholders and product teams to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable plans for the Design Services developments.
  • Lead the creation of new Design Services product components, from concept to launch, by defining requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor platform design services performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product and component launches and ongoing support.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Platform Design Services, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Focus on common rendering components, auto-design services, room measurement as well as cross design item auto generation functions such as for worktops and other linears, while integrating AI driven innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, with a focus on room design applications.
  • Experience with design functions of space planning tools, preferably kitchen and bathroom design.
  • Demonstrated success in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and delivering successful products to market.
  • Technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
